5. Retention period

The Worktastic platform is hosted on servers in the European Union. We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk (Art. 32 GDPR).

7. Disclosure to third parties

Data is disclosed only when necessary for contract performance, legally required, or with your consent. Processors (e.g. hosting, email delivery) are bound by data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
